June 7.- June 20. 2025. | Zurich, Switzerland
SwissCham Asia had the great honour to support the 2025 visit of Khentrul Tenzin Chokey Juney Rinpoche, a highly respected Bhutanese Buddhist master and founder of Tara Monastery in Paro, Bhutan. From June 7 to 20, Rinpoche led a series of public teachings in Zurich, sharing his profound insights on The Way of the Bodhisattva, mindfulness, and compassion.
This meaningful European tour was organized by Dominique Stelling, a dedicated member of SwissCham, with events held at peaceful venues such as Seeschau – House of Sacred Arts in Erlenbach, known for fostering wellbeing and inner growth.
During his visit, Rinpoche also met with:
🔹 Dr. Urs Lustenberger, President, SwissCham Asia
🔹 Prof. Dr. Ying Zhang, Chair of the Bhutan, BRI & Greater China Committee; President of Singularity Academy
🔹 Mr. Tuck Seng Low, Chair of the South Korea Committee; Co-Chair of the Singapore & Indonesia Committee.
This visit marked a unique moment of cultural and wisdom exchange, strengthening mutual understanding between East and West through meaningful dialogue and spiritual reflection. It reflects SwissCham Asia’s ongoing mission to foster cross-cultural engagement and holistic leadership.
Following the overwhelmingly positive response, Dominique is now planning Rinpoche’s next European tour in 2026, with more events in Zurich on the horizon.
🙏 We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who contributed to this enriching journey.
